mgetty (1.1.30-7) unstable; urgency=low

  outgoing fax has undergone a major change: faxrunqd runs now as non-root
  user. This requires some changes. The most notable one is that for
  spooling faxes there is now a setuid programm for creating and populating
  the spool dir. This change should normally not break your setup, but if
  you have problems, you should start looking at this place.
