asked question on MHonArc. MHonArc is

for converting e-mail messages as specified in RFC 822 and <A

HREF="http://www.w3.org/hypertext/WWW/MarkUp/MarkUp.html">HTML</A>.
MHonArc has the ability to maintain an archive of converted
