Don't forget to configure your MIDI devices by loading the appropriate kernel
modules. Then, you may add 'dnew' lines in /etc/midishrc accordingly in order
to make midish use them, for instance:

dnew 0 "28:0" rw
dnew 1 "29:0" rw
