mindi-kernel for Debian

Creates a mindi/mondo compliant kernel based on standard Debian
kernel source package.

The package sources don't contain any code. Rather the standard Debian kernel
sources are used. The kernel is compiled with everything turned on as modules
where possible and it is built for i386 for maximum compatibility.
