	- Changed characters \263 to | on the status line. (As non-ascii characters
	should be avoided in i18n strings.)

	I have earlier sent the signal handling fix and the two-stopbit setting to
	the mailing list as diffs to 1.83.0, but noticed that they had not been
	applied to the cvs directory yet.
