mkhybrid can be compiled on Win95/NT4 using Cygnus' GNU-Win32 -
available from:

	http://www.cygnus.com/misc/gnu-win32/

To build, start a "bash" shell (open a DOS/Command window, cd to the required
directory and type "bash"), and type "./configure" and "make"

A Win32 mkhybrid binary is available from:
