	chord voicing routines and contributed most of the code for this.

Michael Mlivoncic <michael.mlivoncic@gmx.net> -- pushed me into do adding
	the MIDIvoice and MIDIseq commands. Plus some general debugging and
	wrote the WINDOWS installation web page.
