Since i redid the whole packaging of modlogan, i also dropped the
configuration generation since this is likely to produce a non-working
configuration file.

Since you most likely want to customize the configuration file anyway
there is no configuration tool right now. Default configuration files
are installed into /etc/modlogan, you can use these as samples.

For the template output plugin, please download the theme package from
http://jan.kneschke.de/projects/modlogan/download/
Themes can't be packaged currently: the tarball doesn't contain a licence.
