KNOWN PROBLEMS in 0.38.15

na_quota.monitor is not complete. It does not work yet.

cgi-bin/mon.cgi has not yet been entirely ported to work with the new
Mon::Client API, so all the buttons don't work yet. Is this worth
fixing?

clients/skymon has not yet been updated to work with the new Mon::Client
API.

Traps are not documented, and delivery via trap.alert needs
testing. Volunteers welcome.
