	* IpcClientChannel.cs (CreateMessageSink, IpcToUnix):
	don't try to parse null URLs because non wellknown remote objects
	don't have one. Fixes bug #81653.

	* IpcClientChannel.cs (ChangeUri): make static, reuse IpcToUnix ().
