Help on:

	*PREPEND [-sn] [text]

	This function prepends [text] to the current description.  If the 
-s flag is set then it will prepend to the short description.  If the -n 
is set then it will prepend without adding a new line.  NOTE:  This 
function does not reformat the text prepended.
