Help on:
	GIVE <object> [#] [to] <player/monster> [#]
	GIVE $<amount> [to] <player/monster> [#]

The give command allows you to give money or objects to other players or
monsters.  To give money, use a "$" before the number of gold pieces you
want to give away.

Example:
: give knife to Jack
You give a small knife to Jack.
: give $100 to Jack
You give 100 gold pieces to Jack.
