Help on command:

	PURCHASE

Syntax:

	PURCHASE <item> <monster>

	This command allows you to buy items from monsters, providing 
they have something to sell.  To find out what a monster may have for 
sale, use the SELECTION command.

Example:

:purchase enrollment registrar
You pay the registrar 7000 gold pieces.
The registrar says, "Thank you very much.  Here is your enrollment
  verification."
