Help on command:

	Recharge

  This command is only available to experienced Alchemists.  This skill
allows an alchemist to recharge magical wands.  The Alchemist uses his
or her own mana points to recharge a wand being held.  Recharge is limited
by the number of mana points of the Alchemist and a daily limitation.

example:

: hold phil
You hold a philosopher's stone (M).
:recharge
You successfully recharge the philosopher's stone.
