DFSG compatible upstream tarballs need to be generated for this
package. To do so for a new release, unpack the tarball from upstream,
remove the 'mt-static/flash' directory, and then tar it up, including the
+dfsg suffix in the filename.

In addition, if a new upstream release is the packager should prepare
a new tarball containing the flash packages to put up at
