This package contains the mpeg2dec distribution.

mpeg2dec is split into a number of packages:

   libmpeg2-3           decoder libs
   libmpeg2-3-dev       development libs and headers
   mpeg2dec             mpeg2dec test decoder application and extract_mpeg2

NOTE: The functionality provided by the libcpuaccel packages has been merged
into libmpeg2 upstream and it is planned to remove these packages in the
future.
