The upstream source tarball of version 1.5.4 is actually inadequately archived.
The upstream team corrected the issue a month ago. For all theses reasons the
debian-source tarball was exceptionally created by hand. The d/watch file was
not modified and (2) that the Files-Excluded list was respected.
