You should be able to compile with
./configure && make
and you will then find the executable
src/mpgrafic
See Input.stdin as an example input file, otherwise run mpgrafic
interactively. (The output to terminal should match the file
Output.stdout.np32 .)
If ./configure fails, then autotools should work. Try instead:
autoconf && ./configure && make
or
autoreconf && ./configure && make
