is a program to produced a HTML page containing HREFs that point to other
HTML pages produced by mrtg.

is the full path to a mrtg configuration file (usually /etc/mrtg.cfg).

is the text to use as the title of the HTML page produced.

.I router-name
is a regex(7) pattern defining the routers to create the index page for. This
pattern is used when parsing the mrtg configuration file.
