Help for Location Add/Modification
----------------------------------

A location may be added/modified in mtrack be entering a (unique) place
name, followed by its Latitude, Longitude, and Height above sea level. The
Latitude is in degrees with positive being North of the equator, and
negative South. The Longitude is positive for East of the Greenwich meridian
and negative for West of the Greenwich meridian. The Height is in metres,
although it is not currently used is calculations. The location will appear
on the tracking map as a coloured dot.
