Help for Tabular Tracking List Selection

It is possible to show a table of the position of a given satellite. Before
doing this, certain information needs to be entered by you, all of the data
is given default values, but this may not be the values that are required.
There are four data items required:
1. Start date/time.
2. End date/time.
3. Time step (in minutes).
4. Minimum elevation (degrees).
The default value for the start date/time is the current date and time. The
end date and time is the midnight of today. The time step and minimum
elevation are filled in from the values supplied on the User Preferences
dialog box, but may be overridden. Clicking "OK" will cause the tracking
list to appear in its own dialog box, the data is a large subset of the data
shown in the box below the map. The data may be scrolled up and down to see
different entries.
