[Anglerfish](https://github.com/remiolsen/anglerfish) is a tool designed to de-multiplex Illumina libraries sequenced on Oxford Nanopore Technologies flowcells for the purpose of quality control. Assessment of pool balancing, contamination and insert sizes are currently supported.
