** Optimization of the Resultset View

the Gtk treeview pre-computes the height of all rows in the tree
before displaying it. So, a custom cellrenderer that:
 - computes the height of a row only once
 - trims text to 1 line only 
would greatly enhance performance in the 1st time a rs is displayed
