<bar>The bar is filled with miners and garrison troops, like most Dvaered bars. Copious drinking is also most certainly on the cards, like most Dvaered bars. Unlike most Dvaered bars, this one is small and rather clean. Rather shocking, especially for outsiders.</bar>
