The upstream source of this package contains several RFCs implemented
by nanomsg which are licensed under the restrictions of BCP78 and
thus, DFSG non-free.

In order to generate a DFSG-clean version of the upstream source, use
`uscan --repack` with devscripts >= 2.14.2.  Note, the name that uscan
will save the package under is incorrect because of devscripts bug
#753619, and will need to be renamed to the correct format
(nanomsg_0.4~beta+dfsg.orig.tar.gz, for example).
