net-snmp (5.7.3+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

The way snmptrapd is enabled to run has been changed to follow the now
standard practice. This means having TRAPRUN in the /etc/defaults/snmptrapd
 file does nothing.

See update-rc.d(8) manual page to see how to enable/disable this daemon.
