As of version 12.1 the source package for netbeans only contains the code to
build the AbsoluteLayout jar. Official Debian packages for Netbeans are no
longer available because the maintenance costs were too high in the end. We
recommend to use Debian's flatpack package instead and install Netbeans from
flathub.
