This manual page documents briefly the \fBConverHandler.pl\fP command. It was
written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original
program does not have a manual page.

\fBConvertHandler.pl\fP is a program that will upgrade a handler from
a earlier version of News Clipper. Handlers are the extensible
mechanism by which \fUNews Clipper\fP can be customized to acquire and
display information from new data sources.

Give \fBConverHandler.pl\fP the name of the handlers which you want to convert.
