Portable netgroup utilities

These tools give convenient access to netgroups from the command line.
The programs innetgr and netgroup is supposed to be identical to the
NetBSD equivalent. This package was created to make these nice
programs available on all the platforms I'm using at the moment.

I have asked the Austin Group to standardise the netgroup API in POSIX
to avoid the current situation where UNIX-systems have different
function prototypes and behaviour. See
