is the default init (PID 1) save next

start on runlevel-3 
start on runlevel-4 
start on runlevel-5 

stop on shutdown 

respawn /sbin/ngetty 1 2 3 4 5 6

in /etc/event.d/ngetty.

After this it is only required to start it:
	sudo initctl start ngetty
