How to install Nickle:

+ You may need to say "sh autogen.sh" to get a configure script
  that works for you.  But try the shipped one first.

+ Say "./configure --help".  There's extensive help.  In particular,
  "--prefix=/foo" installs the Nickle files in subdirectories of /foo.

+ Say "./configure" with whatever options you have chosen.

+ Say "make"

+ Say "make install".  Make sure you are a user that has
  write permissions to your destination first.
