<P>Public static (<b>Shared</b> in Visual Basic) members of this type are
safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are <b>not</b> guaranteed to be
thread-safe.</P>
<h4 class="dtH4">Remarks</h4>
<p> Provides users with the ability to load more than one XML configuration file. Unlike DotNetConfigSource which forces users to use on file and have the name the same as the application. </p>
