To use ninpaths with INN 1.7 you have to add this line to your newsfeeds file:

!inpaths:*:Tc,WH:/usr/lib/news/bin/ginpaths

and then add those lines to the crontab of the user news:

6 5		* * *	ctlinnd flush !inpaths
46 5		30 * *	sendinpaths

If you use INN 2.x you should add this line instead:

!inpaths:*:Tc,WP:/usr/lib/news/bin/ninpaths -p -d /var/log/news/path/inpaths.%d
