nitrogen for Debian

For the release 1.6.0-1 the source code was taken from git repo
A copy of the generated tarball lives on `pristine-tar` branch.
Regarding the git repo, the master branch follows upstream,
debian/unstable branch follows Debian development.
Patches are maintained using quilt on debian/unstable branch.
In case a backport or stable updates are needed, a branch can be forked
from debian/unstable to follow that branch of development.
As upstream no longer updates the changelog, the output of `git log`
is installed as upstream changelog.
The git repo can be found at `https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/nitrogen.git`
