The following files are installed by NJAMD in the prefix directory:

/lib/libnjamd.so.0.0.8 (and links libnjamd.so.0 libnjamd.so)
must be findable by the linker, e.g. in a directory mentioned in /etc/ld.conf   
as used at runtime by dynamically linked objects.
