To install, simply run:
./configure && make && make install

Run ./configure --help for info on options.

You may also wish to install the kernel patches provided if you use Linux.
Please see the README file in the kernel_mods directory.

If you encounter ANY problems, PLEASE read the NOTES file first. If you find a
bug not described there, please send me a self-contained code snippet that
reproduces the problem. I will try to fix it ASAP if I am given enough info.
