NJPLOT is a phylogenetic tree drawing program that handles files
describing trees by the nested parentheses method (e.g. PHYLIP-built trees).

Features:
A graphical interface allows to re-root a tree anywhere and to swap
branches.
Bootstrap values are displayed next to internal branches.
Branch lengths can be optionally displayed.
Tree plots can be printed or saved to a PostScript file (a PICT file on
Macintosh).

Supported platforms:

Macintosh: plots can be printed, copied to clipboard, or saved to PICT format
easily further processed with any drawing program. File is njplotMAC.sea.hqx

PC: Get njplotWIN95.exe (for Windows95/98/NT), a self-extracting archive
of all needed files. Plots can be printed, copied to clipboard, or saved to
PostScript format.

Unix boxes: sun (solaris or sunos), dec-alpha, IBM-RS6000, Silicon Graphics,
Linux on PC.
A command line interface allows for various settings (see njplot -help).
Get also file njplot.help for on-line help.

UNROOTED draws unrooted trees in a circular form.
It is presently ready for Macintosh (unrootedMAC.sea.hqx), for several unix
types (unrooted.solaris, unrooted.sunos, unrooted.linux, unrooted.alpha,
unrooted.rs6000, unrooted.sgi) and for Windows95/98/NT (unrootedWIN95.exe).
