Welcome to nn-6.5

The documentation is in a rather horrid state at the moment, and there is
no guarantee that what there is matches the actual software.  As the code
itself is now fairly solid and stable, I'll start working on new docs, but
as I'm a programmer, not a tech writer, volunteers are certainly welcome.

There are a number of files in olddocs that may be useful for those who
have never installed or used nn before, but they are rather out of date in
a number of places, hence their relegation to olddocs.
