This rule reports ES2015 subclassing of built-in classes as errors.
The built-in classes include the following classes (constructors):
- `Array`
- `Boolean`
- `Error`
- `RegExp`
- `Function`
- `Map`
- `Number`
- `Promise`
- `Set`
- `String`
