nvda2speechd for Debian

To get any Windows application supporting NVDA to request speech, one has to
first replace the real NVDA controller dll with either

    usr/libexec/nvdaControllerClient32.dll
    usr/libexec/nvdaControllerClient64.dll

Before running a Windows application, launch the server with

    nvda2speechd
