<dd><i>list-expr</i> - a list or list expression<br>
returns - the last list node in the list</dd>
</dl>
<h2>Description</h2>
<p>The 'last' function returns a list containing the last node or element of
a list. If the last node is a sub-list, this is returned unaffected.</p>
