Subject: [PATCH] Add Libvirt.Domain.get_cpu_stats_total.
Original patch by Hu Tao.
RWMJ modified the patch to split this into two functions
(old get_cpu_stats and new get_cpu_stats_total). Apart
from that split, the code is identical.
