The orig.tar.gz file is formed by obtaining the CVS version of oftpd from
Werner Koch's repository at:
 
 cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.gnupg.org:/cvs/wk login
   (password is `anoncvs')
 cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.gnupg.org:/cvs/wk co oftpd

Then prepare a directory called `oftpd-<date>/upstream/tarballs/' and place a
tarball of the CVS files in there, where <date> is YYYYMMDD.  Then form
the orig.tar.gz by tarring `oftpd-<date>/upstream/'.
