Polish banks plugin for ofxstatement

This project provides collection of parsers to convert statements from Polish
financial institutions and banks to OFX format. OFX files are suitable for
importing to GnuCash, MS Money or other financial software. It was designed as
plugin for `ofxstatement`_.
Currently supported bank statements:
* Bank SMART (www.banksmart.pl)
* Deutsche Bank Polska (www.deutschebank.pl)
* mBank (www.mbank.pl)
* Millennium (www.bankmillennium.pl)
* Raiffeisen-Polbank (www.raiffeisenpolbank.com)
Other supported statements:
* Walutomat (www.walutomat.pl)
* Paypal (www.paypal.com)
