In the original upstream tarball, this directory included the text version of
the DMARC specification most recently released for public use by the DMARC.org
organization.

Due to licensing restrictions incompatible with the Debian Free Software
Guidelines it has been removed from the Debian version.  It is available
online from ietf.org.
