This seems to be more like copy of SVI-738 disk controller although I think
side select is a bit different. This seems to be normal, not mirrored 16kB
disk ROM. Control registers them self are mirrored meaning that A3, A4, A5,
A14 and A15 signals are ignored. BIOS it self uses controller from
#7FB8-#7FBF.
Format options are:
1 - 1 side
2 - 2 sides
3 - 1 side, double track
4 - 2 sides, double track
Quite interestingly it seems to write the original format option
information inside OEM name on the disk boot sector.
