OPENSCHED - a project scheduling application.

The documentation for OPENSCHED is now stored in a GROFF
file.  You can view it as follows:

   1) Convert the raw docs to a man-page:
      make manpage

   2) Browse the docs directly in a terminal / shell window:
      make browseman

   3) Make PostScript documentation (opensched.1.ps):
      make printman
