OpenStructure for Debian

Compound library
----------------
Binary package 'openstructure' installs PDB compound library to
/var/cache/openstructure/compounds.chemlib. This is not meant to be kept
up-to-date by 'openstructure': to keep it in sync with PDB-provided library
one has to either download and regenerate it from time to time, or install
'libcifpp-data' Debian binary package and enable automatic updates of this
compound library.
OpenMM support
--------------
OpenMM in Debian is supported only on some of the architectures (see #992180).
Thus OpenStructure integration for OpenMM is built only on those
architectures, other architectures lack OpenMM support.
