Updating opentest4j-reporting

The source package contains generated code produced by immutables[1]
annotation processor.
Until immutables is packaged, please build the upstream sources and
copy contents of tooling-spi/build/generated/sources/annotationProcessor/java/main/org/opentest4j/reporting/tooling/spi/htmlreport/
to debian/generated.
