To install run (as a root or via sudo)
./install.sh

It will copy the contents of "package" into /opt/local/osra
and the wrap-around shell script "osra" into /usr/local/bin

Starting with version 2.1.0 Ghostscript is no longer necessary
to process PDF and PS files.
